It certainly implies a working farm that has grown crops of berries in the past. It isn't!

This is the first big lie. There is nothing there.

So, could it be that this is just meant to attract innocent investors?

But wait a minute. This is what Don and Linda say on the bestberry.com website:

But like all lies, they need to make it appear even better.

This is what they say next:

We have expanded our farm building which allows us to introduce aeroponics with a controlled precise fertigation method in our indoor grow rooms. This expansion, will allow us to have a controlled production on a year round basis for Strawberries.

Our field crop and indoor production berries will be processed in our state of the art Jam Room. This assures fresh quality control for our consumers. We will be able to insure our brand name and products with this type of quality control.

All this is written as if it is all in place and operational.

There is no expanded farm building, no jam room, no aeroponics - NOTHING!

So why do it?

Could it be that this is all a front to raise investment money from innocent people?

As you can plainly see, this is raw land - no crops, no farm buildings - NOTHING.

There seems to be a pattern here!

Crescent City Florida is a small farming Community situated on Crescent Lake approximately 50 miles north of Orlando. Emerald Coast Farms Inc. Est. 1994, purchased a 40-acre farm in October 2022 and has begun development of a 5-acre Aeroponic Greenhouse with an attached retail & processing facility and store. Our planned public opening is the Spring of 2024.

Our proprietary methods of organic Aeroponic Growing, Harvesting, Drying and CO2 extraction will produce CBG, CBD, & CBN products with NO molds or mildew or pesticides. Our CBD, CBN, and CBG productsare 100% Pure.

Yet again, as the photo clearly shows, there is nothing there. No aeroponic greenhouse, no buildings - NOTHING.

How did Don acquire this land in Florida?

In July of 2023, Don and Linda made an offer to purchase 40 acres of raw land on Union Avenue from Sam Church. Mr. Church lived in North Carolina and was in very poor health. He accepted the Gibbs' offer to purchase the land for $389,000, but the Gibbs had no money, so he agreed to accept monthly payments over a six year period. Mr. Church even paid the closing costs.

Mr. Church died three months later and his wife has never received a single payment. The Gibbs have clear title to the land. Mrs. Church has recently engaged legal counsel to try to get the land back.

Perhaps this is what all the hype is about.

Quantum Weed (www.quantumweed.ca) was incorporated as a Canadian company on September 11, 2019. Its goal was to raise money and grow cannabis. This is discussed in detail on the various websites.

I was misled by their claims; they do not deliver any real services or products.

The word fraud does come to mind.
